Following your initial consultation and three weeks of dedicated chat support with Dr. Prince, families can choose from one of our ongoing support plans to continue their journey with confidence.
We offer three flexible support options, designed to meet varying levels of need — whether you’re looking for light guidance or more hands-on, regular input. All plans are billed monthly, giving you the freedom to adapt your support as your child progresses.
There’s no long-term commitment, and you can cancel at any time, ensuring your care remains as flexible and responsive as your family’s needs.
Tube Feeding & Weaning Support Plans

For babies who are more stable but still benefit from guidance.

To give each family thoughtful, consistent care:
• Messaging is available primarily during business hours (Monday–Friday), with the exception of Intensive Support
• Response times depend on your selected plan
• Support is structured and responsive, rather than continuous real-time messaging

Our Short-Term Intensive Support option is designed for families who have previously completed a tube feeding consultation and are continuing to make steady progress.
This add-on is ideal if you feel generally confident in your child’s plan but would benefit from some additional, focused medical guidance along the way. Whether new questions have come up or you need short-term reassurance and support, this option provides access to expert input without the need for a full consultation.
It’s a flexible way to get the guidance you need, exactly when you need it, helping you stay on track while maintaining momentum.

Crying, Colic, and Beyond offers compassionate, evidence-based support for families navigating unsettled babies. Led by Dr. Jennifer Prince, we specialize in reflux, allergies and intolerances, and feeding difficulties - helping you understand your baby’s needs, ease discomfort, and feel more confident in your parenting journey.
Dr. Prince is a board certified pediatrician with over a decade of experience diagnosing, evaluating and treating conditions related to baby comfort, including colic and reflux, allergies and intolerances, and feeding and sleep difficulties.
