What happens after you purchase a follow-up subscription?
A quick note about follow-up subscription scheduling:
Once your subscription is activated, you will receive an email from our patient care coordinator at support@cryingcolicandbeyond.com with instructions for scheduling your follow-up appointment, as well as completing your follow-up questionnaire.
After your questionnaire has been completed, you will be able to select from the soonest available appointment options the time that works best for you. Most patients are scheduled within a reasonable timeframe (typically around one week), depending on availability.
We know how important timely care is, and we will do everything we can to get you scheduled as quickly as possible.
Please note: Processing times may vary, particularly for payments submitted before 9am/after 6pm PDT, over the weekend, or on holidays. If you have not received an email from us within a reasonable timeframe (typically around 24 hours), please check your junk/spam folder or reach out to our team.
